What do you mean by being 100% transparent with your clients?

We firmly believe that communicating often, openly and clearly is the key to success. It doesn’t only enable you to know which stage the project is at, but to also rest assured that there are no hidden issues waiting to turn into unpleasant surprises. So how do we do it?

Firstly, we invite our clients to our group chat channels, so that we can establish a direct line of communication. Secondly, we schedule weekly or biweekly sync calls to keep you up to date. Whenever there is a roadblock or we need more information, we’ll immediately let you know and arrange a call.

Who owns the IP?

When working with clients, it's important to be clear about who owns the intellectual property (IP) created during the course of the project. In most cases, the client will own IP created by employees of our agency, as well as any IP that is created by independent contractors hired by our agency.

However, there are some exceptions to this rule. For example, if our agency develops IP on behalf of the client as part of a work-for-hire arrangement, then the ownership of that IP will be determined by the contract between our agency and the client. Additionally, any IP that is created by our agency prior to the start of the project will remain the property of our agency.

Therefore, it's important to discuss IP ownership with clients at the outset of a project in order to avoid any potential misunderstandings.

What timezones do the developers work in?

The timezone our developers work in is Europe, specifically UTC+1 and UTC+2. This allows for a 4-6 hour overlap with US timezones, which extends the work day by a few hours. This way, our developers can also resolve issues that occurred in the US timezone and finish open tasks. This way our customers get their issue resolved more quickly and the company can maintain a high level of quality control.

What are the preferred ways to engage?

We prefer to work with clients on an hourly rate for a few reasons. Firstly, we specialize in long-term outsourcing, so working hourly means that our services are more flexible and can be tailored to the client's needs.


Secondly, it allows the client to know exactly how much they're spending on our services, which helps to build trust between us. And finally, working hourly gives us the opportunity to provide value beyond the scope of the project, which is something that our clients really appreciate.

What security processes are in place?

Our developers will match our client's security processes. This ensures that our clients' data is always protected and that their systems are always secure.

We have a strict security process that all of our developers must follow, and we only work with developers who are willing to adhere to this process. This process includes multiple layers of security, from basic password protection to more advanced encryption methods. We also require that our developers use strong passwords and never reuse passwords across different systems.

Note: we currently do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification, but are inline with the requirements.

How do we communicate with clients?

Communication is key in any profession, but it is especially important for developers. After all, they are often responsible for conveying complex information to both their teammates and their clients. Our developers have excellent English skills: they listen actively, express themselves clearly, and ask questions when they're unsure of something.

Additionally, our developers are responsive to communication from the client in order to ensure that any concerns or questions are addressed in a timely manner. By maintaining open lines of communication, our developers can build strong relationships with clients and provide them with the best possible experience.
